page for a complimentary initial pet care consultation. We will contact you within one business day to discuss our services and your pet care needs.
Schedule Initial Pet Care Consultation - We will set up a time for an initial consultation prior to the first service visit. This consultation is important to ensure that Personal Pet Au Pair is a good match for you and your pet's needs and also gives you a chance to meet us. We will explain our services in detail and discuss your pet's needs, habits and schedules and answer any questions you may have.
Initial Consultation - 45 minutes approximately.
Complete paper work - All new clients will need to complete some paper work so that we have specific and detailed instructions in order to take the best possible care of your pets while you're away. These details help us maintain, as closely as possible, the routine you follow with your pets while you're home. We will do a walk through of your home, take notes of what you expect us to do and the locations of pet food, favorite toys, cleaning supplies etc. If you would like to get a head start on the paperwork download the PDF below.
Provide house keys - If you plan on being a repeat customer, we recommend you leave one copy of your house keys on file for your convenience during the initial consultation. It is much easier for us to respond to last minute and emergency services when we have your keys on file. If you would like us to pick-up or return your keys anytime after the initial consultation, there will be a charge of $10 per visit. This fee will apply if you choose not to keep keys on file, cancel or terminate service or make alternate arrangements for your pets care and is charged to cover our time and mileage costs.
Payment - Payment is due on or prior to the first visit. We accept cash and checks.
